I started cooking basic dishes a little while ago. I've just decided to start logging my accomplishments and of course failures haha! I realized that when finally cooked something that was a hit, I always seem to forget how I did it. What better way than to log it on my personal blog.
Prepare for some try hard plating and amateur photography skills.
All that time I spent binge-watching; chopped (meh), cutthroat kitchen (lol) and top chef (wootwoot) better pay off.
Don't worry this is not that Julia Child movie with Amy Adams.
